Numerous journeys in the Lüchow-Dannenberg public transport system are provided as so-called call bus journeys. This means that the journey will only be made if you book it by telephone or online.
How does the on-call bus order work?
You can easily book online via our online portal. Click on the button below to do so!
Your Call bus centre is available daily from Monday to Sunday between 06:00 and 20:00 under the telephone number 05841 977 377 available!
Please have the following information ready for us:
- Departure point
- Departure time
- Destination
- Number of people
- Special requests such as bicycle transport, prams, wheelchairs, etc.
- Address of the person making the booking
All journeys marked in the timetable book with the symbol 
must be ordered by telephone or online. Because only booked trips will be carried out!

Furthermore, personal data (name, address, telephone number) are recorded in order to be able to carry out a flawless journey and to inform you about changes in departure times through further journey bookings. Data will only be passed on to the transport company directly involved.

Journeys from 08:00 must be registered at least 90 minutes before the start of the journey (1st stop of the journey), journeys before 08:00 must be registered at least one day before by 20:00 at the latest.

Be ready at the stop about 5 minutes before the desired departure time and then set off in comfort.
