Your change requests must first be checked by the Landesnahverkehrsgesellschaft Niedersachsen (LNVG). You can apply for this using the form that you will find here on this website. These applications are collected by LSE GmbH and submitted to LNVG twice a year.
Approximately six weeks later, LSE GmbH receives information on which routes and stops have been approved. Work can then begin on incorporating these into the transport operations. This will take some more time.
You will then find the changes on the bus stop masts and in the Timetable information from WendlandMobil.
